He built Pull The Cork from nothing to a seven-figure exit selling wine direct to consumers. He then built Plonk Wine, a quiz-led subscription service that exited in 2025.
He knows what a wine club margin looks like. He knows how harvest cycles affect cash flow. He knows why distributor relationships go quiet after six months. He does not need to borrow that experience from anywhere.
